After being diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer everything changed. And then… somehow, everything changed again.

I went from survival mode to asking deeper questions What am I becoming now that I’ve survived?  What stays… and what finally gets left behind? What does rebuilding — beautifully — actually look like for me?

Pretty Real was born from that place. This isn’t just a podcast — it’s a space for women who are evolving. Who are rebuilding. Who want more — but also want it to feel real.
